Payment can be made in cash or by card and will be refunded by bank transfer within 14 days after check-out, provided there is no damage. In case of damage, the amount will be calculated and the difference refunded. • Check-in / Check-out Check-in: from 4 pm Check-out: until 10 am Early check-in or late check-out may be possible subject to availability and only confirmed 2 to 3 days before arrival. • Extra Guests It is possible to add guests upon prior request. Includes extra bed, bed linen and towels. Cost: €150 per person / week. • Pets We are Pet Friendly. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet. An extra cleaning fee of €50 applies. • Towels & Bed Linen Bath towels are provided according to the maximum capacity of the villa. Extra towels or sheets can be requested. Personal hygiene products are not provided. • Airport Transfer We can arrange airport transfer upon prior request.
