The villa is very spacious and has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large air-conditioned living room with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for families or groups.
🌞 Outdoor Area
Guests can enjoy a private pool, spacious garden, barbecue area, outdoor dining table, sun loungers, pool table, and table tennis, perfect for relaxing family or friends' vacations.
🍳 Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including pots, pans, and essential utensils.
We do not provide cooking condiments, cleaning products, or personal hygiene items.
🔥 Pool Heating
Pool heating is available at an additional cost of 300 € per week.

• Security Deposit
Deposit of 100 € per person at check-in.
Payment can be made in cash or card and will be refunded by bank transfer up to 14 days after check-out, if no damages exist.
In case of damages, the amount will be calculated and the difference refunded.

Check-in: from 4 PM
Check-out: until 10 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible subject to availability and will only be confirmed 2 to 3 days before arrival.
• Extra Guests
It is possible to add guests upon prior request. Includes extra bed, bedding, and towels.
Cost: 150 € per person / week.
• Pets
We are Pet Friendly. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing an animal.
An extra cleaning fee of 50 € applies.
