Description
Villa Albatroz is a completely refurbished residence with modern décor and contemporary finishes, located in the Rossio area of Albufeira. Its location is truly privileged: a 2-minute walk from Peneco Beach, 5 minutes from Albufeira town centre and 10 minutes from the Marina.
The outdoor area features a private hot tub with sea views, a terrace with BBQ area and outdoor dining table — the ideal setting for a peaceful holiday with family or friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans and all the utensils necessary for comfortable cooking. Condiments, cleaning products and personal hygiene items are not provided. The hot tub is available for an additional cost of 250 euros per week.
Check-in from 16:00. Check-out until 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability, to be confirmed 2 to 3 days before arrival, with an additional cleaning fee of 50 euros. Bath towels are provided according to the villa's maximum occupancy. Extra bed linen available upon request. Airport transfer available with prior booking.
Guests are subject to a security deposit of 100 euros per person, payable at check-in in cash or by card. The deposit is refunded by bank transfer within 14 days after check-out, provided no damage has occurred.
