The space offers Wi-Fi and TV with channels. The sea view is stunning: you can see the entire Fishermen's Beach and the beaches beyond. You don't need a car — everything is within a 5-minute walk. Beach at 1 minute. Parking at 5 minutes.

Security deposit: guests must leave €100 per person at check-in, paid in cash or by card. Amount refunded by bank transfer within 14 working days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
In case of damage, the amount will be communicated in advance and only the corresponding amount will be retained.
